EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Recommendation to authorize a budget amendment to recognize carry forward for projects within
the Transportation Supported Gas Tax Fund (313) and Transportation & CDES Capital Fund
(310) in the amount of $342,428.66 (Projects 60066, 60085, 60088, 69333, 693363, and 69338).
OBJECTIVE: For the Board of County Commissioners to authorize a budget amendment to recognize
carry forward for Congestion Management, Traffic Impact Study Review Programs, Planned Unit
Development Monitoring/Traffic Counts, and Countywide Pathway Programs within the Transportation
Supported Gas Tax Fund (313) and CDES Transportation Capital Fund (310).
CONSIDERATIONS: Funds have been collected specifically as payment-in-lieu and project review
fees from the application and monitoring process. These funds are required to be tracked and spent on
projects for which the developments were identified for mitigation or on consultant contracts to perform
the studies on behalf of the developments under required monitoring conditions.
Funds deposited within FY20 to be recognized as carry forward and re-appropriated into FY21 projects as
follows:

FISCAL IMPACT: A budget amendment is required to recognize carry forward revenue and
appropriate funds within Transportation Gas Tax Fund (313) and Transportation Capital Fund (310) in the
amounts of $224,819.14 and $117,609.52 respectively.
LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS: This item has been reviewed by the County Attorney, does not present
a legal issue, and requires a majority vote for Board approval. -JAK
GROWTH MANAGEMENT IMPACT: There is no Growth Management Impact associated with this
action.
RECOMMENDATION: To recognize funds in the amount of $342,428.66 and authorize the necessary
budget amendments.
