RESOLUTION TO VACATE THAT PORTION OP
BETWEEN LOT 3, BLOCK 17, AND LOT 1, BLOCK PLACEA 18 OP LOCATED
AMENDED PLAT OF COLLIER CITY AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1,
PAGE 58 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 177.101, Florida Statutes, the Board of

County Commissionere of Collier County, Florida has received a petition from
Adventure Construction and Canvas, Inc. as owner of Lot 3, Block 17, and Lot
1, Block 18 requesting the vacation of a portion of the plat of said unit as
recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 58 of the Public Records of Collier County,
Florida, for the u p rpose of consolidating property; and
WHEREAS, said Board has this day held a public hearing to consider
vacating said part of said plat, as more fully described below and notic
e of
said public hearingand
petition to vacate was given as required by law; and
WHEREAS, granting the requested vacation will not adversely affect the
ownership or right to convenient access of other property owners; l

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COl1HISSIONERS OF
COLLIEt COUNTY, PORIDA, that the followin

be and is hereby vacated:
That portion of Tampa Place being bounded on,
The North by a line from the Northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 18 to
the Northwest Corner of Lot 3, Block 17; and on
1 The East by Lot 3, Block 17; and on

( The South by Lot 2, Block 18; and on
The West by Lot 1, Block 18; and being subject to the following:
A seven and one-half (7i) foot access and Utility Easement located
on the Easterly side of the above described, parcel, and

All according to the plat thereof; amended
recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 58 of the Public Records plat of Collier

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk is hereby directed to record this
