Resolution 2007-012 RESOLUTION NO. 2007-12 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COllIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO REAPPOINT MEMBERS TO THE COUNTY GOVERNMENT PRODUCTIVITY COMMITTEE. WHEREAS, The County Government Productivity Committee was established by the Board of County Commissioners through the adoption of Collier County Ordinance No. 91-10, as amended; and WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 91-10, as amended, provides that the Committee shall consist of 11 members; and WHEREAS, the terms of five (5) members will expire creating vacancies on this Committee; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice soliciting applications from interested parties; and WHEREAS, the Committee has provided the Board of County Commissioners with its recommendations for appointment. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following members are hereby reappointed to the County Government Productivity Committee: NAME CATEGORIES OF EXPERTISE Robert C. Bennett Human Resources, Management Systems, and Productivity Information Technology, Management, and Problem Solving Executive Leadership, Utilities, and Management Realty Management, Energy Efficiency, and Contract Negotiations Economics, Public Administration, and Urban Planning Lawrence M. Baytos John F. Barlow, Jr. Sydney Blum James A. Van Fleet Said terms shall commence on February 4, 2007 and expire on February 4, 2009. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County hereby waives the provisions of Section Seven B. of Ordinance No. 2001-55, as amended, relating to a limitation of two consecutive terms of office, for the purpose of reappointment of Sydney Blum to this Committee.
