FOURTH AMENDMENT TO TEMPORARY RIGHT OF ENTRY
[This Instrument Amends Instrument Recorded in Official Records Book 5737,Page 3937,of the Public Records of Collier County,Florida]
WHEREAS,WINCHESTER LAND,LLC,a Florida limited liability company,whose post office address is 1299 Zurich
Way, Regulatory Services, Schaumburg, IL 60196, hereinafter known as "Grantor", did grant unto BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS THE GOVERNING BODY OF COLLIER COUNTY AND
AS THE EX-OFFICIO GOVERNING BOARD OF THE COLLIER COUNTY WATER-SEWER DISTRICT, whose post
office address is 3335 Tamiami Trail East, Suite 101, Naples, Florida 34112, its successors, assigns, agents, or contractors,
hereinafter known as "Grantee," that certain Temporary Right of Entry, as same was recorded in Official Records Book 5737,
Page 3937,of the Public Records of Collier County,Florida,(the"ROE");and,
WHEREAS,Grantor granted rights to Grantee as set forth in the ROE commencing March 1,2020 through April 30,2020;
and,
WHEREAS, Grantor amended the ROE on April 14, 2020, to extend these rights to Grantee for an additional period of
time continuing through June 12,2020,all pursuant to that certain Amendment to Temporary Right of Entry,as recorded in Official
Records Book 5752,Page 563,of the Public Records of Collier County,Florida;and,
WHEREAS,Grantor further amended the ROE on June 15,2020,to extend these rights to Grantee for an additional period
of time continuing through July 17,2020,all pursuant to that certain Second Amendment to Temporary Right of Entry,as recorded
in Official Records Book 5776,Page 773,of the Public Records of Collier County,Florida;and,
WHEREAS,Grantor further amended the ROE on July 10,2020,to extend these rights to Grantee for an additional period
of time continuing through September 15, 2020, all pursuant to that certain Third Amendment to Temporary Right of Entry, as
recorded in Official Records Book 5787,Page 978,of the Public Records of Collier County,Florida;and,
WHEREAS, Grantor now desires to further amend the ROE to extend these rights to Grantee for an additional period of
time continuing through November 15,2020.
NOW THEREFORE, Grantor does hereby further amend the ROE, to extend the ROE, such that the ROE shall be
effective commencing March 1,2020,through November 15,2020.All other terms of the ROE shall remain in full force and effect.
