Approval of the following documents by the County Manager is subject to formal
ratification by the Board of County Commissioners. If the decision by the County Manager
is not ratified by that Board, the document(s) shall be enforceable against Collier County
only to the extent authorized by law in the absence of such ratification by that Board.
A. To record in the minutes of the Board of County Commissioners, the check number
(or other payment method), amount, payee, and purpose for which the referenced
disbursements were drawn for the periods between July 16, 2020 and July 29,
2020 pursuant to Florida Statute 136.06. (Item ID#13119)
B. Recommendation to approve an Utility Easement Agreement with Olde Cypress
Master Property Owners Association, Inc., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, to
accommodate the installation of a 12 inch force main. The total cost for this
transaction will not to exceed $3,000. (Item ID#12988)
C. Recommendation to authorize the necessary budget amendments to reallocate
Transportation Engineering Division project funds. (Item ID #12876)
D. Request that the Board approve and determine valid public purpose for invoices
payable and purchasing card transactions as of August 5, 2020. (Item ID#13125)
E. Recommendation to authorize the necessary budget amendments to reallocate

(PEMT) for Collier County EMS from Public Consulting Group Inc., a single-source
