The Coun Attorne's Office has reviewed the chan es, if a licable. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 16A13 RESOLUTION NO. 08- 358 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA ACKNOWLEDGING THOSE LOTS ON RA VENNA AVENUE AND AS SHOWN ON THE ATTACHED EXHIBIT AS LEGAL, NON- CONFORMING LOTS OF RECORD WHEREAS, the Lots on Ravenna A venue were surveyed and mapped out in 1972; these Lots do not meet the minimum requirements for the Agricultural Zoning District which requires 5 acres minimum per Lot; the subject Lots are generally 1.25 acres in size; and WHEREAS, the Collier County Land Development Code defines a "Lot of Record" as any parcel which has been recorded in the public records or any parcel for which an agreement for deed was recorded prior to October 14, 1974 if said properties are located within the Coastal Area planning district; and WHEREAS, County Staff can not currently find any recorded documentation which would clearly establish these Lots as Legal Non-Conforming Lots of Record, although most of these Lots have received building permits over the years and are currently occupied; and WHEREAS, the Engineering and Environmental Services Section, as well as the Planning and Zoning Department of the Community Development Department have reviewed the properties and are recommending acknowledgment of the properties as Legal Non-Conforming Lots of Record. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board acknowledge the properties shown on the attached Exhibit as Legal Non-Conforming Lots of Record.
