RESOLUTION NO. 2006-283
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO APPOINT PAUL M. ROSOFSKY TO
THE LAKE TRAFFORD RESTORATION TASK FORCE.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida adopted
Collier County Ordinance No. 2002-18, establishing the lake Trafford Restoration Task
Force; and
WHEREAS, the Lake Trafford Restoration Task Force is composed of thirteen (13)
members; and
WHEREAS, there is currently a vacancy on this Committee; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided notice
soliciting applications from interested parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Paul M. Rosofsky is
hereby appointed to the lake Trafford Restoration Task Force to fulfill the remainder of
the vacant term, said term to expire on April 23, 2010.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote.
