2. Said corporation is currently in existence under valid Articles of Incorporation
and Bylaws and has not been terminated or dissolved.
3. That he/she is authorized by the Articles of Incorporation and/or Bylaws to
execute deeds, easements and mortgages on behalf of the corporation, and all
necessary consents have been obtained.
4. The Corporation is not currently in any bankruptcy proceedings and is not a
debtor in bankruptcy.
5. Affiant further states that he/she is familiar with the nature of an oath and with
the penalties as provided by the laws of the State of Florida for falsely swearing
to statements made in an instrument of this nature. Affiant further certifies that
he/she has fully read this affidavit and understands its contents.
6. This Affidavit is given to induce Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company
