We received a disapproval for tax exemption on 6/4/2020. This is document#1 in the enclosed attachment. Dianne
Mezzadri and Francis Mezzadri are both over 65 ( 12/4/54 and 9/29/52) and have renounced the New York State Star
exemption. These documents are also enclosed in the above attachment. I have been a resident since 2019 and have
received a notice of STAR exemption removal. This documentation is also enclosed. Please reconsider your

We will be forwarding on your information to the Property Appraiser's office. Our office, as the VAB Clerk's office,
accepts property value and exemption appeals. With that,you would need to file a petition and pay a filing fee of$15, if
applicable.
If after discussing your issue with the Property Appraiser's office in an informal meeting and your issues have not been
resolved, then you have the option to file a petition with the Value Adjustment Board (VAB). Please remember that your
home needed to be your homestead as of January 1, 2020 and all official paperwork to the Property Appraiser's office
needed to have been submitted to them by March 1, 2020.
