A RESOLUTION OF THE COLLIER COUNTY COMMUNITY
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY REAPPOINTING STEPHEN MAIN,
CAMILLE KIELTY, AND LAFAYETTE INGRAM TO THE
BAYSHORE/GATEWAY TRIANGLE LOCAL REDEVELOPMENT
ADVISORY BOARD.
WHEREAS, on March 27, 2001, the Collier County Community Redevelopment Agency
(CRA) adopted CRA Resolution No. 2001-98 creating the Bayshore/Gateway Triangle Local
Redevelopment Advisory Board to advise the CRA on matters relating to this redevelopment
area; and
WHEREAS, CRA Resolution No. 2001-98, as subsequently amended, provides that this
Advisory Board shall consist of nine members to be appointed by the CRA and, when possible,
the appointees shall represent the categories set forth in its current Bylaws; and
WHEREAS, three seats expired on May 22, 2020 on this advisory board; and
WHEREAS, the CRA previously provided public notice soliciting applications from
interested parties; and
WHEREAS, staff has recommended the applicants for reappointment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COLLIER COUNTY
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, that STEPHEN MAIN, a Davis Boulevard
business owner, CAMILLE KIELTY, an at -large member, and LAFAYETTE INGRAM, a
Tamiami Trail business owner, are each hereby individually reappointed to their seats on the
Bayshore/Gateway Triangle Local Redevelopment Advisory Board, to serve three-year terms
which shall expire on May 22, 2023.
THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED after majority vote on the 26t' day of May, 2020.
