Move Item 16D13 to Item 11M: Recommendation to adopt a Resolution repealing all
previous resolutions establishing and amending parts of the Collier County Parks and Recreation
Division Facilities and Outdoor Areas License and Fee Policy and establish standard rates for the
new Eagle Lakes Aquatic Center, update team league seasonal fees, include a daily fee for certain
commercial entities making deliveries at beach park facilities, and to include offsite preservation
fees for Conservation Collier. (Commissioner Fiala’s request)
Withdraw Item 16E10: Recommendation to approve the Administrative Report prepared by
the Procurement Services Division for disposal of property and notification of revenue
disbursement. (Staff’s request)
