Resolution 1998-131 1 0 fJ '" ~ff , RESOLUTION NO. 98-131 A RESOLUTrON REAPPOINTING MEl\-!BERS TO THE FOREST LAKES ROADWA Y AND DRAINAGE ADVISORY COI\1I\IITTEE WHEREAS. on March 10. 1992, the Ooard of County Commissioners of Collier County adopted Ordinance No. 92-16 which crcatcd lhe Forest LIkes Roadway and Drainage Advisory Committee for the purpose of assisting the Board in providing and nlllinlaining improv.;:d roadway related drainage ilnd roadway restoration as set forth in County Ordinance No. C) 1-1117; and WHEREAS. there are currently two (2) \'ac:lIlcics on the Forest Lakes Roadway alld Drainage Advisory Committee; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice soliciting applications from interested parties; and WHEREAS, It memorandum was received from staff lIdvising that the commillee has made its recommendation for appointment. NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY. FLORIDA, that: I. Thomas P. Walls. Jr.. is hereby reappointed 10 the Forest Lakes Roadway and Drainage Advisory Commillee to ful Ii II the remainder of the vacant term. said term to expire on April 2 J, 2002. 2. Robert O. Schocller is hereby reappointed to lhe Forest Lakes Roadway and Drainage Advisory Commillee for a four year term, said teml to expire on April 21, 2002. OE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners. the provisions of Seven (b)( I) of Onlinance No. 86-41. as amended. relating to a limitation of two consecutive temlS ofomce have been waived.
