RESOLUTION NO. 98-130
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING FAY R. DILES TO THE
COLLIER COUNTY WATER AND WASTEWATER AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 96-6, created the Collier County Water and
Wastewater Utilities Regulatory Ordinance and provides that the Authority shall he composed .)f
five (5) members appointed by the Board of County Commissioners; and
WHEREAS. Ordinance No. 96-6 provides that three (3) members of the Authority shall b
technical members and two (2) members of the Authority shall be lay members; and
WHEREAS, there is currently a vacancy on this board under the category of lay member;
and
WHEREAS, lhe Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notic!;
soliciting applications from interested parties.
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. that Fay R. Bilcs is hereby appointed
ill the lay mcmber category to the Collier County Water and Wastewater Authority to fullillthc
remainder of the vacant term, said temlto expire on May 21, 1999.
This Resolution adopted aller mOlion. second and majority vote.
