RESOLUTION NO. 98--1l.B
A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE TERM OF THE LAKE TRAFFORD
RESTORATION TASK FORCE AND REAPPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE
LAKE TRAFFORD RESTORA TION TASK FORCE.
WHEREAS. the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida adopted
Resolution Nos. %-225 and 97-250. establishing the Lake Trafford Restoration Task Force for a
period of one year and then extending the tern, for an additional one (I) year period to expi:e
May 7, 1998; and
WHEREAS, in order to finalize the work necessary to restore Lake Trafford, it will be
nccessary to extend the tcnn of this ad hoc committee for an additional one (I) year period; and
W1IEREAS, the Chainnan of the Lake Tr<lfford Restoration Task Force provided the
Board of County Commissioners wilh a list of current and suggested members to bc appointed
and/or re-appointed to this committee;
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
I. Thc Lake Trafford Restoration Task Force is hereby extended for an additional
period of one (I) year. said tcnn to expire May 7, 1999.
2. The following members are hereby re-appointed to the Lake Trafford Restoration
Task Force.
