49 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, COLLIER COUNTY,
FLORI DA.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners is authorized pursuant to
authority 0f Chapter 336.05, Florida Statutes, to name or rename streets and
roads, ~%C~pt ~0r =ertain state roads; and
WHEREAS, the 30ard of County Commissioners has been requested to confirm
the rena:ni:ig of IS: Avenue IJ.vl. to Teak Wood Drive; 3'" Avenue N.W. to Coral
Wood Drive, 5~h Avenue N.W. to Hickory Wood Drive and 7th Avenue N.W. to
Cherry Wood Drive. These streets are located in Section 4, Township 49
South, Range 26 East, Collier County, Florida, Golden Gate Estates Unit 95,
according to the p:at thereof, :eco:ded in Plat Book 9, ?age 45, of the
Official Records 0: Collier County, Florida;
WHEREAS, there appears to be no street in Collier County ~ith this name
or any similar sounding name; and
WHEREAS, it iz necessary for identification purposes to confirm the name
of these streets,
NOW THEP,EfORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COHMISSIONERS Of
COLLIER ~~UNTY, FLORIDA:
The name of t~ese streets are hereby changed from l.t Avenue N.W. to
Teak I'lood Sri'le; 3'1 Avenue tl.vl. to Coral \'iood Drive, 5th Avenue N.W. to
Hickory Wood Drive and 7~h Avenue H.W. to Cherry Wood Drive and are confirmed
as such.
