RESOLUTION NO. 98-110
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING SANDRA BUXTON
TO TilE IIISPANIC AFFAIRS ADVISORY BOARD.
WHEREAS. Collier County Ordinance No, cJI-37. creating the lIispanic Affairs Advisory
Board. provided that tl1(; Advisory Board shall consist of seven (7) memhers; and
WHEREAS. Collier County Ordinance No. 91-78 amended Ordinance No.9l-J7 by
providing that the .'\dvisory f3oaro shall consist of nine (<J) mcmbcrs; and
WIIEREAS. there is currcntly it vacancy on this Board; and
W If ER [AS. the Board of County Commissioners previously pro\'ide<J public notice
soliciting applications from interested parties.
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY. FLORIDA. that Sandra Buxton is hereby
appointed to the Hispanic Affairs Advisory Board to fulfill the remainder of the vacanttenn. said
term to expirc on June 25. 191)9.
This Resolution adopted after motion. second and majority vote.
