WllEREAS. the Act rcquircs in urdcr to qualify (i,)f ndditionnl SllIll hll1u!\, IOChl

WHEREAS, the Act limits the administrative costs or the l.ocalllousing Assistance
Program to fivc pcrcent (5%) of thc tOlal SIIIP allocation unlcss the Board of ('ounly
Commissioners. by this resolution, increases the percentage to II mnximum of 10 %. and
\VHEREAS. it is in the best interest of Collier County to qunlify for lhc SIIIP
Funds, and nil action takcn by the Count)' in furtherancc of such llunlilknlioll is for II valid
