Resolution 1983-117 • : *I ' RESOLUTION NO. 83- 117 ^ 4 RELATING TO PETITION CCCL-83-9C OF W.A. JOHNSON PROPERTIES LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE PELICAN BAY PROJECT FOR A VARIANCE FROM THE COASTAL CONSTRUCTION CONTROL LINE AS REQUIRED BY ORDINANCE 75-19 FOR PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE , NORT}'WEST CORNER OF THE PELICAN BAY PROJECT WHEREAS. W. B. Johnson Properties has requested a variance from the Coastal Construction Control Line as required in Ordinance 75-19 for the purpose of constructing two (2) beach access facilities on the following described property: � r ' LEGAL DESCRIPTION (See Exhibit "A" Attached) -+ - w-�•�~ WHEREAS, the County Environmentalist has reviewed said petition and has prepared nn Executive Summary regarding the petition; and N, WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has examined the Executive Summary with its recommendations: NOW, THEREFORE., BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners • of Collier County, Florida, that Petition CCC'.-n3-OC ha granted subject 1 •, i 1 ' to the conditions listed below: • 1. the granting of this petition 1s to permit the construction of • two bench access facilities seaward of the Coastal Construction Control Line. Thy size, shape, orientation and location of the two beach access facilities shell be approved by the County Environmentalist prior to construction. 2. The elevated dune crossovers are to be designed and constructed according to the standards of the Department of Natural Resources Division of Beaches and Shores. i.' 3. The crossovers shall terminate with stairs not more than t '( (10) ten flit to front of the binch vtgotatfon line, 4. The stairs at the seaward end of the crossovers shall be • constructed so that they will not alter the grade nor impact the vegetation of the seaward edge of the active dune zone. 5. W.D.
