8. Petition on Open Container: Received 05/26/87 petition with 559
signatures from J. P. Carpenter, 1320 Bluepoint, Naples, FL (774-
3843) asking the BCC to rescind the recently passed law concerning
open containers in Collier County and requesting the issue to put
on the ballot at the next general election. Referred to BCC and
