RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF
THOSE ROADWAY, DRAINAGE, WATER AND SEWER
IMPROVEMENTS IN EMBASSY WOODS GOLF AND
COUNTRY CLUIl AT URUTONNE PARK,I'IIASU ONE.
RELEASE OF THE MAINTENANCE SECURITY, AND
ACCEPTING THE MAINTENANCE RESPONSJlJILlTY
FOR TilE ROADWA Y, DRAINAGE, WATER AND
SEWER IMPROVEMENTS THAT ARE NOT REQUIRED
TO BE MAINTAINED BY THE HOMEOWNERS
ASSOCIA TION.
WH EREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County. Florida. on July 31.
1990 arrroved the plat of Embassy Woods Golf and Country Club at Bretonne Park. Phase One
for recording; and
WHEREAS. the developer has constructed and maintained the roadway, drainage. water
and sewer improvements in accordance with the approved plans and specifications and as
required by the Land Development Code (Collier County Ordinance No. 91-102. as amended);
and Ihc Utilities Standards and Procedures Ordinance (Collier County Ordinance No. 97-17). and
WHEREAS. the developer has now requested final acceptance of the roadway. drainage.
walcr and sewer improvements and release of his maintenance security; and
WHEREAS. Ihe Compliance Services Section of the Development Services Department
has inspected the roadway. drainage, water and sewer improvements and is recommending
acccplance of said facilities.
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY. FLORIDA. that final acceptance be granted for
lhose roadway. drainage, water and sewer improvements in Embassy Woods Golfand Country
Clun al Bretonne Park. Phase One. and authorize the Clerk to release the maintenance security.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the County accept the future
maintcnance and other attendant costs for the roadway, drainage, water and sewer improvements
that arc nol required to be maintained by the homeowners association.
This Rcsolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote favoring same.
