RESOLUTION NO. 98-82
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AND
REAPPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE HOUSING
FINANCE AUTHORITY OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
WH EREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County adopted Ordinance No.
80-66 crcating the Housing Finance Authority of Collier County. Florida, pursuant to Chapter
159, Part IV, Florida Statutes; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 80-66 providcs that the Housing Finance Authority of Collier
County, Florida shall be composed of five tS) members; and
WHEREAS, there are currently two (2) vacancies on this board; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from interested parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, DE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
1. Thomas M. Palmer is hereby appointed to the Housing Finance Authority of Collier
County, Florida, for a four year term, said term to expire on August 3, 2001.
2. John T. Conroy, Jr., is hereby reappointed to the Housing Finance Authority of Collier
County, Florida, for a four year term, said term to expire on August 3, 2001.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote.
