WHEREAS, the area known as White Lake Industrial Park as
described in Exhibit A attached hereto and also described in County
ordinance number 93-1 (the ~'Ihite Lake Industrial Parkl, is in the
preliminary stages of constructing an industrial park project on the
northeast corner of I-75 (Exit 151 and State Route 951 to assist :"0''''

LMI households, As part of this proJect. they have reque~ted that the
water and se~er infrastructure and streets and storm drainage
improvements be provided using grant funding for a portion of the
project.

CC:.l:'IIssrO::ERS OF CO:'LIER :Ct::..r..., FLORIO;", THAT:
The Collier County Board of County Commissioners hereby
directs the Collier County Department of Housing and Urban
Improvement to prepare, or cause to be prepared, an application to the
Florida Department of Community Affairs for a Economic Development
grant of up to $750,000. The funds from this grant are to be used to
provide sanitary sewer lines, water lines, manholes, lift stations a::d
pave che unpaved streets in the White Lake Industrial Park.

Administrator to llign the application and other documents pertaining
to the application, to accept the grant funds on behalf of the county.
and to act in behalf of the Board of County Commissioner~ to sign all
documents, including the quarterly reports, nec~s8ary for grant
administration i: the County receives the award of either grant.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution be recorded by tr.e
Official Clerk of Courts in the Public Records of Collier County.
