RESOLUTION 98- 74
A RESOLUTION BY THE BOARD OF COUNT V
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY,
FLORIDA, PURSUANT TO SECTION 2.7.3.4
OF THE COLLIER COUNTY LAND
DEVELOPMENT CODE AFFECTING ORDINANCE
92-4 ALSO KNOWN AS GOLDEN GATE HEALTH
PARK PUD, REQUIRING THE SUBMITTAL OF
A PUD AMENDMENT; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Golden Gate Health Park PUD, Ordinance 92-4
adopted on October 27 , 1992, is subject to the provisions of
Section 2.7.3.4., of the Land Development Code (LDC), Tim~ Limits
tor Approved PUD Master Plans; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has reviewed the
PUD and has determined that the current PUD Zoning is
inconsistent with certain provisions of the Growth Management
Plan (GMP) and the Land Development Code; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Zoning
Appeals of Collier County, Florida that:
1. The above recitals are adopted herein by reference
as if fully set forth herein.
2. This Resolution shall constitute evidence of
compliance with the review requirements of Section
2.7.3.4 of the LOC.
3. Pursuant to said section of the LDC, the property
owner or agent shall submit an amended PUD to the
Planning Services Director prior to Octoher 8,
1998 in order to cause said PUD to become
consistent with the Collier County LDC.
This Resclution shall become effective immediately upon its
approval.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution be recorded in
the minutes of this Board and in the records of the Petition for
which the extension is granted.
