RESOLUTION NO. 98-69
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING KAREN M. ACQUARD TO TilE
GOLDEN GA TE ESTATES LAND TRUST ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WIIEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 87-48 created the Goldcn Gatc Estatcs Citizcns
Advisory Committee and provided that the Committee shall consist of five (5) members; and
WHEREAS. Ordinance No. 87-48 was amended by Ordinance No. 94-40 which renamed the
COl11l11illee lhe "Golden Gate Estates Land Trust Advisory Committee;" and
WHEREAS, there is a vacancy on this Committee; and
WIIEREAS. the Board of County Commissioners previously provided pul,lic notice
soliciting applications from interested parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
rO:\1MISSIONERS 'JF COLLIER COUNTY. FLORIDA. that Karen M. Acquard, representing
Phase I category. is hcreby appointed to the Golden Gate Estates Land Trust Advisory
Committee to fulfill the remainder of the vacant term, said term to expire on October 13, 1998.
