RESOLUTION NO. 98-63
RF.SOLUTION APPOINTING l\1F.MBERS TO TilE
BAYSHORE AVALON BF.AUTIFICATION ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS. on January 27. 191)8. the Board of County Commissioners adopted Collier
County Ordinance No. 97-82. establishing the Bayshore Avalon Beautification Municipal
Scn'ice Taxing Unit and creating the Bayshore Avalon Beautification Advisory Committec~ and
WHEREAS. Collier County Ordinance No. 97-82 provides that the Bayshore Avalon
Beautification Advisory Committee shall consist of five (S) members; and
WHEREAS. the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications frnm interested parties.
NOW, TIlEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY. FLORIDA. that the following members are
hereby appoinled to the Bayshore Avalon Beaulification Advisory Committee with their terms
established as follows:
