A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO
TilE COLLIER COUNTY CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD SOUTH.
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. n.80. as amended by Ordinance No. %-78.
provides for the establishment of a second Collier County Codc Enforcement Board. and funher
provides that the Collier County Code Enforcement Boards shall consist of seven members and
two alternate members; and
WHEREAS, there nre currently two (2) vacancies on the Code Enforcement Board South;
and
WHEREAS. the Board of County Commissioncrs prcviously provided public notice
soliciting applications from interested panics.
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COt:~TY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY. FLORIDA. that:
t. Roben Lockhan. representing the category of engineer. hcreby appointed to the Co1lier
Counly Code Enforcement Board South for a 3 year lerm. said lerm to expire on February 18.

2. Kathryn Godfrey-Irwin, representing the business category, is hereby appointed to the
Collier County Code Enforcement Board South for a 3 year term. said term to expire on February
I 8, 200 I.
