A RESOLUTION 01' TilE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING TilE COUNTY TO ENTER INTO A
JOINT PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN
COLLIER COUNTY AND TilE FLORIDA DEPARTMF.NT
OF TRANSPORTATION FOR THE FURNISHING AND
INSTALLING OF STREETLlGIlTING AS PART OF TilE
IMi\'IOKALEE STRF.F.TSCAPF. BEAUTIFICATION
PROJECT.
WHEREAS. the Board of County Commissioners desires that the County particip3tc in the
beautification of SR 29 by installing streetlighting between mile post 37.326 and mite post 37.828;
and
WHEREAS. the Board of County Commissioners intends by adoption of this Resolution to
authorize the County to enter into a joint project with Florida Department of Transportation for the
installation of strectlighting on SR 29.
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY. FLORIDA. that:
1. A Joint Participation Agreement for 03080-1501 is hereby approved.
2. Barbara B. Berry. as Chairman. is authorized to execute the Joint Participation Agreement
between Collier County and the Florida Department of Transportation.
