RESOLUTION NO. 98-36
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE
COLLIER COUNTY CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD NORTH
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 92.80, as amended by Ordinance No. 96-78,
provides that the Collier County Code Enforcement [Joanls shall consist of seven members and
two alternate members; and
WHEREAS, there is currently a vacancy on the Code Enforcement Board North; and
WHEREAS, the l30ard of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from interested parties;
I':OW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA,that:
1. Clirrord Wesley Flegal, Jr., is hereby appointed to the Collicr County Code Enforcement
Board North for a three (3) Yt'ar term, said term to expirc on February T4, 2001.
2. Dyrel Delancy is hereby appointed to the Collier County Code Enforcement Board North
for a three (3) year term, said term to expire on February 14, 200 I.
3. Roberta (Bobbie) Dusek is hereby appointed as an Alternate to the Collier County Code
Enforcement Board North for a three (3) year term, said term to expire on February 14, 200T.
This Resolution adopted aller motion, second and majority Vole.
