RESOLUTION NO. 98-35
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AND REAPPOINTING
MEMBERS TO THE PELICAN BAY MUNICIPAL
SERVICES TAXING AND BENEFIT UNIT ADVISORY
COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinancc No. 90- 11 I created the Pelican Bay Municipal
Service Taxing and Bcnefit Unit Advisory Committee and provided that the Committee shall
consist of nine (9) members; and
WHEREAS. Collier County Ordinance No. 91.22 amended Ordinance No. 90.111.
providing that the Commiuee shall consist of fi neen (IS) members; and
WHEREAS. the terms of five (5) members will expired creating vacancies on this
Committee; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from intr.:re:.ted parties;
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COI_L1ER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
I. David A. Roellig is hereby appointed to the Pelican Bay Municipal Service Taxing and
Benefit Unit Advisory Commiuee for a four (4) year term, said tcrm expiring on January 29,
2002.
2. Cornelia Kriegh is hereby appointed to the Pelican Bay Municipal Service Taxing and
Benefit Unit Advisory Committt:' for a four (4) year term, said term expiring on January 29,
2002.
3. Jamcs A. Carroll is hereby appointed to the Pelican Bay Municipal Service Taxing and
Benefit Unit Advisory Commiu\:c for a four (4) year term, said term cxpiring on January 29,
2002.
4. Maurcen McCarthy is hereby appointed to the Pelican Bay Municipal Servicc Taxing and
Benefit Unit Advisory Committec for a four (4) year term, said term expiring on January 29,
2002.
5. Glen D. llarrell is hereby reappointed to the Pelican Bay Municipal Service Taxing and
Benefit Unit Advisory Committee for a four (4) year term, said term expiring on January 29,
2002.
