WHEREAS. Collier County Ordinance No. 75.4 created the Golden G:lte Municip:ll Services
Spceial Taxing District and provides thaI the Board of County Commissioners shall appoint a
commillee ofthrec to live electors residing within the district to serve on lhe Committee; amI
WHEREAS. there arc currently lhree (2) v:lcancies on this committee: and
WHEREAS. Ihe Ooard of County Commissioners previously provided puhlic notice
solicitinj,; applicatinns from interested parties to lillthe vacant terms;
NOW. TJlEREFORE, DE IT RESOLVED OY THE OOARD OF COUNTY
CO~1MJSSJONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, thaI:
I. Emie Drcl/mann is hereby appointed to the Golden Gate Community Center Advisory
Commillee for a IWO year term, said term to expire on December 31, 1999.
2. Nancy McL.ean is hereby reappointed to the Golden Gate Community Center Advisory
Committee for a two year term. said term to expire on Deccmber 31, 1999.
