A RESOLUTION BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY,
FLORIDA. PURSUANT TO SECTION 2.7.3.4

AT LELY PUD, REQUIRING THE SUBMITTAL

PETITION; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
vnlEREAS. the Naples R & D Park at Lely PUD, Ordinance 88-84.
adopted on November 8, 1988, is subject to the provisions of
Section 2.7.3.4., of the Land Development Code (LOC) , Time Limits
for Approved PUU Master Plans; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has reviewed the
PUD and has determined that the current PUD Zoning is
incomHstent with certain provisions of the Growth Management
Plan (Ct-1P) and the Land Development Code; and
NOW, THEREFORE 8E IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Zoning
Appealtj of Ccdliel' Ccunt'.y. Florida that:
1. Th~ above recitals are adopted herein by reference
as if fully set forth herein.
2. Thi~ Resolution shall constitute evidence of
compliance with the review requirements of Section
2.7.3.4 of the LDC.
3. Pursuant to said section of the LDC, the property
owner or agent shall submit an amended pu~ or
Rezone Petition to the Planning Services Director
PI'jO]: to t'\pril 13. 1998 in order to cause said POO
to become consistent with the Collier County LOC.
This i<(~solutioll shall become effective immediately upon its

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution be recorded in
the minutes of this Board and in the records of the Petition for
which the eXtenSion is granted.
