limc and paperwork whidl is gelH.:rated by the fomlalized acceptance process,

Governing Board 01' the Collier County W:tter-Sewer Distri<:t. and which are conveyed to cither
entity as a dcvelopmcllt commitment requirement pursuant to any County ordinance. or in

Records of Collier County. Florida. a stamp or seal aL!esting to acccptance on hchalf of Collier
CO\1llly. The Re~ll Property Managcment Dircctor. or her designee. ~hall provide written
nOli fication to lhe Clerk of Court Ihat lbc convcyanec was required hy the Board of County
Commissioners in fulfillment of an ohligation 011 hehalf of the conveying entity or to complete
projcct as uprroved.
AND IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the present Chairman of the Board ofCollnty
Commissioners. or any suhsequent Chain11an. is hereby authorized 10 execulc all doeumcnts
rertinentlo the "cceptance of any such convey"nce or thc clearing of the lien of any
cnclll11hranee from any such conveyance,
J\:\D IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that slaff is authorized to follow propcr rcal estatc
closing procedures ~1I1d record all such documents in the Public Records of Collicr County.
