COUNTY. FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF LIMITED USE
LICENSE AGREEi\1ENTS BY TilE CIIAmMAN OF TilE BOARD FOR TilE

WHEREAS. there is a henelitto the County and [0 the public if the administrative proccdures conceming
Limited Use License Agreements arc expedited. while maintaining the safeguards of staff and legal counsel
review of slIch Agreements; and
WHEREAS. lhe Board of County Commissioners recognizes the benefit of redueing time for Board
approval on reviewed and approved Limited Use License Agreements.
NO'\', TIIEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY TilE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS,
COLLIER COUNTY. FLOHIDA that:
I. The Board of County Commissioners does herehy authorize the Chairnwn of [he Board of Counly
Commissioners 10 execule Limited Use Agreements. for those special events listed below, following approval by
the Real Properly Management Department, the Client-Department, the Risk Management Dcpartment and the
Counly AUomey's Office.
- Golden Gate Area Chamher of Com/llerce. Inc. (Golden Gale Festival and Annual Art Show)
- Golden Gate Rotary Club (Christmas Tree Sales & Bass Tournament)
- The Art League or Marco Isl;lI1d. Inc. (Art and Craft Shows)
- Supervisor of Elections or Collier COllnty. Florida (Voter Aceess)
- Golden Gale Fraternal Order of Eagles (Annual Taste of Golden Gate)
- Amateur Radio Association of Southwest Florida (Field Day Activities)
. East Naples Civic Association (Manatee Festival)
. David Lawrence Mental Health Cenler. Inc. (Annual Fun Skate)
- Cool Cruisers or Naples. Inc. (Scholarship Fund Raiser)
2. The authorization of lhe Chairman to execute Limited Use License Agreements hereunder shall extend
only for the tenure of the current Chairman.
