RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF QUAIL WEST UNIT
ONE, REPLl\T BLOCK C SECOND ADDITION, A REPLAT OF A
PREVIOUSLY RECORDED PLAT KNOWN AS QUAIL WEST UNIT ONE,
REPLAT BLOCK C FIRST ADDITION, AND AUTHORIZING THE
VACATION OF THE PREVIOUSLY RECORDED PLAT OF QUAIL WEST
UNIT ONE, REPLAT BLOCK C FIRST ADDITION ACCORDING TO THE
ATTACHED LEGAL DESCRIPTION, PETITION AV-97-025
vlHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of CoIl ier County,
Florida, on July 23, 1996 approved the plat of Quail West Unit One,
Replat Block C First Addition for recording; and
vlHEREAS, Quail West Limited is replatting Quail West Unit One,
Replat Block C First Addition and has filed for a replat of said
lands, and is petitioning to vacate the original plat: and
WHEREAS, Quail West Limited desires to vacate all of the
previously recorded plat as described in Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, this parcel, the approved plat of Quail West Unit One,
Replat Block C Second Addi t ion is a replat of a previously approved
and recorded plat, Quail West Unit One, Replat Block C First Addition,
and the f il ing and recording of this approved plat shall not affect
access to lots previously conveyed under the Quail West Unit One,
Replat Block C First Addition plat.
NOlo.;, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the plat of
Quail West Unit One, Replat Block C Second Addition, a replat of a
previously approved and recorded plat, Quail West Unit One, Replat
Block C First Addition, is hereby approved for recording and the
dedications contained on the plat of Quail West Unit One, Replat Block
C Second Addi t ion are hereby accepted, and those lands described in
Exhibi t A are hereby vacated. Said vacation shall become ef fecti ve
upon recordation of the subject plat.
