RESOLUTIOi'\ REAPPOIi'\TING MEl\1BERS TO THE
HISTORIC/ARCHAEOLOGICAL PRESERVATIOr-i BOARD
WIIEREAS. CoJlier County Ordinal1c~ No. I) I- 70 created the Historic/ Archaeologic:l1
Preserv:ltion Board and provides that the County Commission 5h;11I appoint seven (7) members
to the Historical/Archaeological Preservation Board; and
WHEREAS. Ihere are currently Iwo (2) \'acancies on this board for the categories of Law
and Citizen-At-Large; and
WHEREAS. the Board of CounlY Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from interested parties.
NO\\'. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE 130ARD OF COUNTY
COMl'...tISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY. FLORIDA, that:
I. Joanne Marro Quinn. representing the category of Cilizen-AI-Large. is hereby
reappointed to the lIistoric/Archaeological Preservation Board for a 3 year tenn. said tenn to
expire on October 1. 2001.
2. Diane M. Gonz:Jlez, rcpresenting the category of Law, is hereby re:Jppointed to the
Historic/Archaeological Preservation Board for a 3 year teml, said tcnn to expire on October 1.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED th:!t the Board of County Commissioners of Collier
County hereby w:Jives the provisions of Section Seven (b)( I) of Ordinance No. 86-41. as
amended. relating to a limitation of two consecutive temlS of office, for the purpose of
reappointment of Diane M. Gonzale;" to this Committee.
