RESOLUTION NO. 99-81
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AND REAPPOINTING MEJ\'1BERS TO
TilE GOLDEN GATE COJ\JI\IUNITY CENTER ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No, 75-4 crcated thc Golden Gate Municipal Scn'ices
Spccial Taxing District and provides that the Board of County Commissioners shall appoint a
committcc of three to live electors residing within the district to scn'c on the Committee; and
WHEREAS. there are eurrently three (3) vacancics on this committce; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously providcd public notice
soliciting applications from interested parties to lill the vacant tern,S.
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
I, Cheryle L. Newman is hercby rcappointed to the Golden Gatc Community Centcr
Advisory Committcc for a two ycar term. said term to expire on Decembcr 31, 2000,
2. Tom Henning is hereby reappointcd to the Golden Gate Community Cenler Advisory
Committee for a two ycar tcrm, said lernl to expirc on December 31, 2000.
3. Glenn E. Will is hereby appointed to the Golden Gatc Community Centcr Advisory
Committce for a two year term, said ternl to expire on December 31,2000.
