THOSE ROADWAY. DRAINAGE:W A TER AND SEWER
IMPROVEMENTS IN NORTIISIIORE LAKE VILLAS,
RELEASE OF THE MAINTENANCE SECURITY, AND
ACCEPTING TIlE MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITY
FOR THE ROADWAY. DRAINAGE, WATER AND
SEWER IMPROVEMENTS THAT ARE NOT REQUIRED
TO BE MAINTAINED BY TilE HOMEOWNERS
ASSOCIATION.

WI I EREAS. the Board of ('ounty Commissioners of Collier COllllty, Florida. on January
28, 1997 approved the plat of Northshore lake Villas for recording; and
WHEREAS. the developer has constructed and maintained the roadway, drainage. walcr
and sewer improvements in accordance with the approved plans and specifications and as
required by the Land Development Code (Collier County Ordinance No. 91-102, as amended);
and the Util ities Standards and Procedures Ordinance (Collier County Ordinance No. 97-) 7). and
WHEREAS, the developer has now requested final acceptance of the roadway, drainage.
water and sewer improvements and release of his maintenance security: and
WHEREAS, the Compliance Services Section of the Development Services Dcpartment
has inspected the roadway, drainage, water and sewer improvements and is recommending
acceptance of said facilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY. FLORIDA. that fina) acceptance be granted for
those roadway, drainage, water and sewer improvements in Northshore lake Villas, and
authorize the Clerk to release the maintenance security;':,'
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED thatlhe County accept the future
maintenance and other attendant cosls for the roadway. drainage, water and sewer improvements
that are nol required to be maintained hy the homcowncrs association.
This Resolution adopted aner motion. second and majority vote favoring same.
