Resolution 1999-073 16A 7 RESOLUTION NO. 99.E- RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF TIIOSE ROADWAY, DRAINAGE. WATER AND SEWER IMPROVEMENTS IN DEKKER ESTATES, RELEASE OF TIlE MAINTENANCE SECURITY, AND ACCEPTING THE MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ROADWAY, DRAINAGE. WATER AND SEWER IMPROVEMENTS TIIAT ARE NOT REQUIRED TO BE MAINTAINED BY TIlE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners orCollier County, Florida, on June 24, 1994 approved the plat of Dekker Estates for recording; and WHEREAS, the dc\'eloper has constructed and maintained the roadway. drainage, water and sewer impro\'emcnts in accordance with the approved plans and specifications and as required by the Land Development Code (Collier County Ordinance No. 91- I 02. as amended); and the Utilities Standards ami Procedures Ordinance (Collier County Ordinance No. 97-17). and WHEREAS. the developer has now requested fin.1I accept.mce orthe roadway. drainage, water and sewer improvements and release orhis maintenance security; and tt~:.. WHEREAS. the Compliance Services Section orthe Development Services Department has inspected the roadway, drainage. water and sewer improvements and is recommending acceptance of said facilities. NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY. FLORIDA. that linal acceptance be granted for those roadway, drainage, water and sewer improvements in Dekker Estates. and authorize the Clerk to release the maintenance security. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the County accept the future maintenance and other attendant costs for the roadway, drainage. water and sewer improvcments that arc not requircd to be maintained by the homeowners association.
