BOARD FOR TilE 1999 CALENDAR YEAR.
WIIEREAS, there is a henefit to the County and to the public if the ;Hlministr;)live procedures
concerning Limited Use License Agrecments :!rc expedired, whilc maintaining lhe safeguards of staff
:II1U leg;)l counsel revicw of such Agreem.::nts: and
WII EREAS, the noard of County Commissioners recognizes the benelit of reducing time for
Board approval on reviewed and approved Limited Use License Agrecments.
