RESOLUTION NO. 1000-367
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AND REAPPOINTING
MEMBERS TO THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 91-65 created the Affordable Housing
Commission and provides that the County Commission shall appoint five (5) members to the
Affordable Housing Commission and the City of Naples shall appoint four (4) members to the
Affordable Housing Commission; and
WHEREAS, there are currently two (2) vacancies on this Commission; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice soliciting
applications from interested parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
1. Mario M. Valle, Realtor, is hereby appointed to the Affordable Housing for a three (3)
year term, said term to expire on October I, 2003.
2. W. Jeffrey Cecil, Attorney, is hereby reappointed to the Affordable Housing for a three (3)
year term, said term to expire on October I, 2003.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote.
