RESOLUTION NO. - _20 (}O - 363
PETmON V AC-OO-O 1 0 TO VACATE THE PLAT Of "FISHBRANCH LITTLE
ACRES PHASE ONE", AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGES 58,
THROUGH 59, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY. LOCATED IN
SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 46 SOUTH, RANGE 29 EAST.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 177.101, Florida Statutes, Wilkison and Associates Inc., as agent for
the petitioner, William G. Price, does hereby request the vacation of the plat of "Fishbrancb Little Acres Phase
One" as recorded in Plat Book 23, Pages 58 through 59 Public Records ofCoUier County, Florida; and
WHEREAS. the Board has this day held a public hearing to consider vacating said plat as more fully
described below, and notice of said public bearing to vacate was given as required by law; and
WHEREAS, the granting of the vacation will not adversely affect the ownership or right of convenient
access of other property owners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following is hereby vacated:
The plat of "Fishbrancb Little Acres Phase One" as recorded in Plat Book 23, Pages 58
through 59, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that die Clerk to the Board is hereby directed to record a certified
copy oftbis Resolution in the Official Records of Collier County, Florida, and to make proper notation of this
vacation on the recorded plat as referenced above.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote favoring same.
