RESOLUTION NO. 2006-342
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE
GOLDEN GATE COMMUNITY CENTER ADVISORY COMMITI'EE.
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 75-4 created the Golden Gate Municipal Services
Special Taxing District and provides that the Board of County Commissioners shall appoint three
to five electors residing within the District to serve on the Committee; and
WHEREAS, there are currently two vacancies on this Committee; aDd
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice soliciting
applications from interested parties; and
WHEREAS, the Committee has provided the Board of County Commissioners with its
recommendation for appointment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL YED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
1. William E. Arthur is hereby appointed to the Golden Gate Community Center Advisory
Committee to fulfill the remainder of the vacant term plus an additional two year term, said term
to expire on December 31, 2002.
2. James 1. Hennink is hereby appointed to the Golden Gate Community Center Advisory
Committee to fulfill the remainder of the vacant term plus an additional two year term, said term
to expire on December 31, 2002.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote.
