RESOLUTION NO. 2000-283
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING NICOLE RYAN TO
THE LAKE TRAFFORD RESTORATION TASK FORCE.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida adopted
Resolution No. 96-225 which established the an ad hoc committee known as the Lake Trafford
Restoration Task Force, and Resolutions Nos. 97-250, 98-118, 99-118, and 2000-129 which
extended the terms of the Task Force; and
WHEREAS, the Lake Trafford Restoration Task Force is composed of fourteen (14)
members; and
WHEREAS, there is currently a vacancy on this Committee; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from interested parties; and
WHEREAS, the Lake Trafford Restoration Task Force has provided the Board of County
Commissioners with its recommendation for appointment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Nicole Ryan is hereby
appointed under the category of Environmental Policy Specialist to the Lake Trafford
Restoration Task Force to fulfill the remainder of the vacant term, said term to expire on May 7,
2001.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote.
