Resolution 2000-265 IOE RESOLUTION NO. 2000-265 A RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE PUBLIC VEHICLE ADVISORY COMMITfEE WHEREAS, the Public Vehicle Advisory Committee was established by Collier County Ordinance No. 86-4, as amended; and WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 86-4, as amended, provides that the Public Vehicle Advisory Committee shall consist of five (5) members and one (1) alternate, with (3) of its members being affiliated as holders of certificates to operate a motor vehicle for hire company within Collier County; and WHEREAS, the terms of two (2) members will expire creating vacancies on this Committee under the Affiliated and Non-Affiliated categories; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice soliciting applications from interested parties. NOW, TIlEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TIlE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that: 1. Bryan L.S. Pease is hereby reappointed under the Affiliated category to the Public Vehicle Advisory Committee for a 4 year term, said term expiring September 2,2004. 2. William 1. Csogi is hereby reappointed under the Non-Affiliated category to the Public Vehicle Advisory Committee for a 4 year term, said term expiring September 2,2004.
