RESOLUTION RENAMING PELICAN MARSH
BOULEV ARD TO TIBURON BOULEV ARD
EAST, WHICH STREET IS LOCATED IN THE
PELICAN MARSH PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT, LOCATED IN SECTION 36,
TOWNSHIP 48 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST,
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners is authorized pursuant to authority of
Chapter 336.05, Florida Statutes, to name or rename streets and roads, except for certain state
roads; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has been requested to confirm the
renaming of Pelican Marsh Boulevard to Tiburon Boulevard East. This street is located in
Section 36, Township 48 South, Range 25 East, Collier County, Florida, in the Pelican Marsh
Planned Unit Development, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Books 30 and 32,
respectively, Pages 73 through 75 and 57 through 59, respectively, of the Official Records of
Collier County, Florida;
WHEREAS, there appears to be no street in Collier County with this name or any similar
sounding name; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for identification purposes to confirm the name of this street,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
The name of this street is hereby changed from Pelican Marsh Boulevard to Tiburon
Boulevard East and is confirmed as such.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution be recorded in the Public Records of
Collier County, Florida, and noted upon the maps of the streets and zoning atlas of Collier
County, and notations made on the referenced Plat.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote.
