DISTRICT FOR EXCAVATION.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners approved. Resolution
85-77 in their Board meeting on March 19, 1985; and •

WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the County Staff that the
legal description for the property was incorrect in the original
Resolution;
k:. ` NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Zoning Appeals of

Collier County, Florida that the legal description set forth in
Resolution No. 85-77 be corrected to read as follows:

. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution be recorded in the minutes
of this Board.
