SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT#19-068-NS
FOR
TEMPORARY MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
THIS AMENDMENT, made and entered into on this voi day of Oar
2019, by and between Gulf Coast Junior Golf Tour,Inc. d/b/a The First Tee of Naples/Collier, (the
"Contractor") and Collier County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, (the "County"):
WHEREAS, on August 8, 2019, the County entered into an Agreement with Contractor to
provide golf course maintenance and operations services at monthly fee of$22,500 with a termination
date of September 30,2019; and
WHEREAS, on September 24, 2019, the Board of County Commissioners (Agenda Item
#16F) approved the First Amendment extending the Agreement for an additional sixty days (through
November 29, 2019).
WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the Agreement to extend the Agreement an
additional one-hundred days (120) days to allow time for the Board to evaluate an unsolicited proposal
presented by the Contractor for the operation and maintenance of the Golf Course.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants herein
contained, it is agreed by the parties as follows:
1. The Agreement is hereby extended for an additional one-hundred and twenty (120) days
commencing on November 29, 2019 and ending on March 28, 2020.
2. Except as modified through this Amendment, all other terms and conditions of the Agreement
shall remain the same.
