i WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 177.101, Florida Statutes, the

received a petition frcm Walter G. Sorokoty as agent for owner,
requesting the vacation of the twenty (20) foot alley and utility • i
• easement located east of lots 100-109 of the plat of Lake Kelly,,
( Unit No. 2 as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 93 of the Official ,�
Records of Collier County, Florida, for the purpose of upgrading �.
and landscaping the area; and . .
WHEREAS the plat which conveyed to the County, a dedicated < ,

twenty (20) foot alley and utility easement as shown on the plat •

93 of the Official Records of Collier County, Florida, shall be .

WHEREAS, said Board has this day held a public hearing to , .
