RESOLUTION OF THE COLLIER COUNTY AIRPORT AUTHORITY
APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF THE ATTACHED
JOINT PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT GOE50 SUPPLEMENT TWO WITH
THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
WHEREAS, the Collier County Airport Authority has the authority to enter into the attached
agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation to undertake projects as authorized by
Chapter 332, Florida Statutes, and Section 14-60 of the Florida Administrative Code, and Ordinance
2004-03.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE Collier County Airport Authority, Collier
County, Collier County, Florida, that:
1. The Joint Participation Agreement (JPA) Number GOE50 Supplement 2 to fund
construction of a new terminal building, associated entrance, and parking at the Marco
Island Executive Airport, Financial Management Number 437063-1-94-01, attached
hereto, is hereby approved.
2. The Chairman of the Collier County Airport Authority, William L. McDaniel, Jr., is
authorized to enter into, modify or terminate JPA Number GOE50 Supplement 2 with the
Florida Department of Transportation unless and until it may be specifically rescinded.
3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
ADOPTED this 24th day of September 2019 after motion, second and majority vote in favor

THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into on , by and between the STATE
OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, an agency of the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as the
Department,
and Collier County Airport Authority, 2005 Mainsail Drive, Suite 1, Naples, Florida 34114
hereinafter referred to as Agency.
WITNESSETH :
WHEREAS, the Department and the Agency heretofore on October 3, 2016, entered into a Joint Participation
Agreement;and
WHEREAS, the Agency desires to accomplish certain project items as outlined in the Attachment"A"appended
hereto;and
WHEREAS, the Department desires to participate in all eligible items for this project as outlined in Attachment
"A"for a total Department Share of$8.511,520.00
NOW, THEREFORE THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH: that for and in consideration of the mutual benefits to flow
from each to the other, the parties hereto agree that the above described Joint Participation Agreement is to be amended
and supplemented as follows:

There are no changes to the project description, or if subsequently amended, to the last amended project description.
