RESOLUTION NO. 06- 144
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPROVING MASTER JOINT
PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT 2006-A WITH THE FLORIDA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that
1. The Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, has the authority
to enter into an agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation to
undertake a project as authorized by Chapter 332, Florida Statues, and Section 14-
60 of the Florida Administrative Code.
2. MJPA Number 2006-A, attached hereto, is hereby approved.
3. The Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida,
is hereby authorized to enter into, modify, or terminate the MJPA with the Florida
Department of Transportation, unless and until specifically rescinded.
4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
ADOPTED this 20th day of June 2006 after motion, second and majority vote
favoring adoption.
